EVENT CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
You may cancel your participation at any time, but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the DBIA Conferences Department at conferences@dbia.org.
- If you cancel before July 25, 2025, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $100 ($50/UBE registrations) administrative fee.
- No refunds or credits will be given for "no shows" or cancellations received on/after July 25, 2025.
SUBSTITUTIONS
As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. All registrants and any individuals submitting a substitution request is responsible for any financial obligation (any balance due) associated with the registration. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. For any substitutions, please download the substitution form and submit completed form to conferences@dbia.org.
CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
The 2025 Federal Sector Design-Build Industry Days provides several opportunities for attendees to earn continuing education units (CEHs). Practitioners and Owners can earn up to 8.5 CEHs by attending the full conference.
