EVENT CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the DBIA Conferences Department at conferences@dbia.org.
- If you cancel before July 11, 2026, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $100 administrative fee.
- No refunds or credits will be given for "no shows" or cancellations received on/after July 11, 2026.
SUBSTITUTIONS
As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. All registrants and any individuals submitting a substitution request is responsible for any financial obligation (any balance due) associated with the registration. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION:
The 2026 Federal Design-Build Symposium provides several opportunities for attendees to earn continuing education units (CEHs). Practitioners and Owners can earn up to 9.25 CEHs by attending the full conference.
